Job Description

As the Social Media Head, you will own Chhap's digital voice across all social platforms. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating viral campaigns, managing content strategy, growing engaged communities, and turning social media into a major acquisition and trust channel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Chhap's social media strategy across platforms. Manage official accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives. Work with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-quality content. Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant campaigns. Increase followers, engagement, reach, and conversions through organic growth strategies. Launch social campaigns supporting product launches, partnerships, and community initiatives. Build systems for content planning, approvals, publishing, and reporting. Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content. Monitor audience sentiment and maintain a consistent brand voice. Coordinate with influencer and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Strong portfolio and demonstrated results may substitute for formal qualifications.
