Job Description

As the Influencer Marketing Head, you will lead Chhap's creator growth strategy by building and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, celebrities, micro-creators, and niche communities. You will be responsible for designing scalable influencer programs that generate brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and sales while maintaining a strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Chhap's influencer marketing roadmap. Identify and onboard creators aligned with the brand. Build long-term partnerships instead of one-time promotions. Design influencer campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions. Recruit and manage nano and micro influencers at scale. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms. Coordinate campaign execution with internal creative teams. Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, CAC, and ROI. Build systems for influencer discovery, approvals, payments, compliance, and reporting. Manage affiliate and referral collaborations where applicable. Maintain a CRM/database of creators and partnership opportunities. Stay updated on platform trends and creator ecosystem developments.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Strong execution history and creator network may substitute for formal education.
