Job Description

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring users and customers through paid digital channels while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). You will manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, tracking, attribution, and reporting across multiple advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Monitor KPIs including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversions. Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency. Perform audience segmentation and retargeting. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting creatives. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Implement tracking pixels, event tracking, and conversion attribution. Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights. Analyze user funnels and recommend optimization opportunities. Monitor competitors and identify new paid acquisition opportunities. Stay updated with platform policy changes and advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Industry certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics are an advantage.

Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads proficiency. Campaign optimization and bid management. Analytics and performance reporting. Conversion tracking and attribution. A/B testing methodology.
