Job Description

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, protecting, and growing the Chhap brand across every customer touchpoint. From campaigns and messaging to visual consistency and partnerships, you will ensure that Chhap builds a memorable and trusted identity while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Chhap's long-term brand strategy. Define and maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice. Create and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels. Plan and execute brand campaigns, launches, and awareness initiatives. Collaborate with design, content, social media, PR, and influencer teams to ensure unified communication. Conduct consumer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Measure brand health through surveys, engagement metrics, and market feedback. Identify opportunities to strengthen customer trust and loyalty. Build scalable processes for brand governance and campaign approvals. Support partnerships, events, and sponsorships from a brand perspective. Ensure every public-facing asset reflects Chhap's values and identity.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. MBA or equivalent specialization is an added advantage but not required.
