Job Description
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will lead Chhap's content strategy across blogs, social media, emails, landing pages, videos, campaigns, and community initiatives. Your mission is to educate, engage, inspire, and convert audiences through high-quality, data-driven content while building scalable content systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Chhap's content marketing strategy.
Create and manage editorial calendars for blogs, social media, email campaigns, website content, and marketing initiatives.
Produce or oversee high-quality articles, guides, case studies, product content, newsletters, scripts, and campaign assets.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, SEO specialists, and social media teams.
Ensure content aligns with Chhap's brand voice and business objectives.
Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
Plan educational, promotional, and community-focused campaigns.
Measure content performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms.
Establish SOPs and workflows for content creation, review, publishing, and distribution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats.
Required Skills & Education
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional portfolios and proven execution may substitute for formal education.
Key Skills
