Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Chhap, you will create visually compelling assets that define and elevate our brand across digital and offline channels. From social media creatives and advertising campaigns to website graphics, merchandise, packaging, and marketing collateral, your work will directly shape how millions of users experience Chhap.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, thumbnails, and campaign creatives. Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional assets. Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, flyers, and event materials. Design product mockups, packaging elements, and print-ready files where required. Ensure consistency with Chhap's visual identity and brand guidelines. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and video editors on campaigns. Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches. Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with design trends and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. A strong portfolio demonstrating design ability is more important than formal education.

Key Skills

Strong visual design and layout skills. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Figma Canva or equivalent tools. Typography color theory and composition knowledge. Understanding of digital-first design principles. Creativity combined with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of branding and marketing.
