Job Description

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Chhap, you will bring ideas to life through engaging animations and dynamic visuals. Your work will power advertisements, social media campaigns, product explainers, reels, brand videos, website animations, and promotional content that captures attention and strengthens Chhap's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce motion graphics for advertisements, reels, YouTube videos, and social media campaigns. Animate logos, icons, text, infographics, and visual elements. Create engaging promotional videos and product explainers. Work closely with video editors to enhance storytelling through animation. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency. Develop animation templates and reusable creative assets. Optimize animations for different platforms and aspect ratios. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with animation trends, tools, and techniques. Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. A strong showreel or portfolio is more important than formal qualifications.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of motion design principles. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and related animation software. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Premiere Pro or similar tools. Typography and visual storytelling skills. Creativity with attention to timing and pacing. Ability to simplify complex ideas through animation. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
