Job Description
As a Photographer / Videographer at Chhap, you will capture high-quality visual content that showcases our products, people, events, campaigns, and brand story. Your work will be used across social media, advertisements, websites, product catalogs, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality product photography for catalogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Shoot promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, office culture content, and event coverage.
Plan lighting, framing, composition, and camera setups for different projects.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams before and during shoots.
Maintain consistency with Chhap's visual branding and creative direction.
Organize and manage raw media files and production assets.
Assist in storyboarding and shot planning for campaigns.
Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for production.
Travel to colleges, partner locations, community events, factories, or offices as required.
Stay updated with photography, videography, and production trends.
Required Skills & Education
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. A strong portfolio or showreel is more important than formal qualifications.
Key Skills
Strong photography and videography fundamentals. Experience with DSLR
mirrorless
or cinema cameras. Knowledge of lighting
composition
framing
and camera settings. Basic video editing and color correction understanding is an advantage. Creativity and storytelling ability. Attention to detail and visual aesthetics. Time management and adaptability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
