Job Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring partners, expanding market presence, and generating revenue for Chhap. You will work closely with the leadership team to build long-term relationships with businesses, educational institutions, organizations, creators, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and institutional markets. Build relationships with brands, schools, colleges, startups, corporates, communities, and organizations. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution. Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and partnership targets. Build repeatable sales processes and documentation. Represent Chhap professionally during external engagements. Submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with proven business development success may be considered regardless of formal qualifications.
