Job Description

As the Brand Partnership Manager, you will build strategic alliances that help Chhap expand its reach, credibility, and business opportunities. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, corporations, educational institutions, creators, event organizers, NGOs, startups, and ecosystem partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard strategic brand and ecosystem partners. Build relationships with consumer brands, startups, educational institutions, event organizers, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Develop co-branded campaigns and joint marketing initiatives. Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and collaboration terms. Maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Work with marketing and creative teams to execute collaborative campaigns. Track partnership performance and business outcomes. Develop proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations. Build repeatable systems for partnership sourcing, onboarding, and reporting. Represent Chhap at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings. Identify opportunities for cross-promotions, product integrations, and strategic alliances.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. MBA or equivalent experience is an added advantage but not required.
