Job Description

As the College Partnership Lead, you will establish and grow Chhap's presence across colleges and universities by building long-term institutional relationships. You will collaborate with placement cells, entrepreneurship cells, student clubs, faculty coordinators, and student leaders to create partnership opportunities, onboard Campus Ambassadors, and organize engagement initiatives that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. Build relationships with principals, placement officers, faculty members, entrepreneurship cells, cultural clubs, and student leaders. Recruit and support Campus Ambassadors in collaboration with Regional Marketing Heads. Organize campus events, competitions, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Coordinate sponsorships and participation in college festivals and student initiatives. Develop proposals and presentations tailored for educational institutions. Maintain a structured database of partner colleges and key contacts. Track partnership performance, student engagement, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to execute campus campaigns. Build SOPs for institutional outreach, onboarding, and relationship management. Represent Chhap professionally during meetings, presentations, and campus visits.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Student leadership, campus ambassador, or event management experience is highly valued.
