Job Description

As the Affiliate Program Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Chhap's affiliate ecosystem. This includes recruiting affiliates, creators, influencers, students, and partners who promote Chhap and generate sales through referral links, campaigns, and community-driven initiatives. Your objective is to create a high-performing, transparent, and scalable affiliate network that drives sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage Chhap's affiliate marketing program from end to end. Recruit affiliates including creators, influencers, bloggers, students, entrepreneurs, and online communities. Develop onboarding guides, training materials, and engagement strategies. Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, commissions, and ROI. Identify top-performing affiliates and help them scale their success. Design incentive programs, contests, and recognition initiatives. Detect fraudulent activities or policy violations and ensure program integrity. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve affiliate resources and landing pages. Maintain affiliate databases, documentation, and communication channels. Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies. Create scalable systems for recruitment, reporting, payouts, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Practical experience with affiliate ecosystems, creator programs, or digital marketing is highly valued.
