Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every order placed on Chhap is executed efficiently from order confirmation to final delivery. You will oversee internal operations, vendor coordination, production workflows, quality control, logistics, process optimization, and cross-functional execution to deliver an exceptional customer experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete order fulfillment lifecycle from order placement to successful delivery. Coordinate with manufacturing partners, vendors, warehouses, logistics providers, and customer support teams. Build and maintain SOPs for operational processes. Monitor production timelines and ensure SLA compliance. Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, return rates, and customer satisfaction. Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively. Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve internal systems. Develop contingency plans for peak demand periods and disruptions. Manage vendor performance and operational reporting. Ensure smooth coordination across departments for timely execution.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. MBA or relevant operations certifications are an added advantage.
