Job Description

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth movement of products, raw materials, and information across Chhap's supply chain. You will coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain inventory availability, optimize procurement, reduce delays, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement and movement of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements. Work with manufacturing partners to track production schedules. Coordinate dispatches with logistics and fulfillment teams. Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records. Identify bottlenecks and escalate potential delays proactively. Support vendor communication and order follow-ups. Collaborate with finance for purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation. Prepare supply chain performance reports and dashboards. Assist in demand planning and operational forecasting. Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Certifications in logistics or supply chain are an added advantage.
