Job Description

As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders across Chhap's manufacturing network. You will coordinate with production partners, monitor job progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure products are manufactured accurately, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production schedules across manufacturing partners. Assign and monitor orders to ensure timely execution. Verify that artwork, specifications, quantities, and customization details are correctly communicated. Track production status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors, quality teams, and logistics partners for seamless order flow. Escalate delays, shortages, or production issues and work toward timely resolution. Maintain production records, dashboards, and documentation. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and production timelines. Assist in capacity planning and workload balancing across production units. Collaborate with technology teams to improve production tracking systems. Support process optimization initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Practical manufacturing or production experience is highly valued.
