Job Description
As the Quality Control Executive, you will ensure that every product delivered by Chhap meets the company's quality standards before it reaches the customer. You will inspect customized products, verify print accuracy, monitor manufacturing quality, identify defects, and work closely with production partners to continuously improve quality and reduce returns.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect finished products before packaging and dispatch.
Verify print quality, color accuracy, placement, sizing, stitching, fabric condition, and overall product finish.
Ensure customization matches customer specifications and approved designs.
Identify defective products and coordinate corrective actions with production partners.
Maintain quality checklists and inspection reports.
Investigate recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor vendor quality performance and escalate concerns when necessary.
Coordinate with logistics teams to prevent shipment of defective products.
Build and maintain SOPs for inspection and quality assurance.
Track quality metrics including defect rates, rejection rates, return reasons, and customer complaints.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Required Skills & Education
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Textile Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Practical quality assurance experience or manufacturing exposure is highly valued.
