Job Description

As the Logistics & Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Chhap order is packed, shipped, tracked, and delivered efficiently. You will manage logistics partners, monitor fulfillment operations, reduce shipping delays, optimize costs, and build scalable systems that enable seamless nationwide order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end shipping and fulfillment operations. Coordinate with courier aggregators, logistics providers, and delivery partners. Monitor shipment creation, pickups, transit, delivery, and exceptions. Track KPIs including delivery timelines, shipping costs, RTO rates, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Resolve logistics bottlenecks and coordinate escalations with shipping partners. Optimize courier allocation based on cost, speed, and service quality. Work closely with production teams to ensure timely dispatch. Build SOPs for shipping, packaging, dispatch, and exception handling. Analyze logistics data and recommend operational improvements. Collaborate with customer support to proactively address delivery-related issues. Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with operational standards. Plan logistics strategies for peak seasons and high-volume campaigns.

Required Skills & Education

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an added advantage.
